Jackie Miron has been running for 10 years, beginning after the birth of her sons, Jimmy and Danny, born in 1994 and 1996. A veteran of 12 marathons and countless races of shorter distance, she continues to run daily, while committed to a lot cross training, including weightlifting and tennis. If she had an exercise wish, she says, "I would devote more time to practicing Yoga."
